New students need to take a free written and oral test which is to determine their command of English thus enabling the Director to best place each one.

Halfway through the course students are given a questionnaire evaluating our services so far. Not only do we ensure customer care but more importantly customer satisfaction. Over 90% of our new students come to us as a result of recommendations from previous students.
